William Rosado Berríos, originally from Puerto Rico, relocated to Philadelphia in 2017. He holds dual Bachelors Degrees in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Rutgers University-New Brunswick. William appreciates Philadelphia's vibrant diversity, where the distinctiveness of each neighborhood seamlessly blend to create a dynamic cityscape.
Before embarking on his real estate career, William gained valuable experience in the Home Care and Accounting industries, where he excelled in client-facing roles. This background provided him with a deep understanding of the needs of Philadelphia's residents and the significance of delivering exceptional client service.
Currently residing in Lansdowne with his wife and two cats, Casper & Magnus, William enjoys spending his free time watching mixed martial arts, reading business literature, and staying active at the gym. He is also dedicated to serving the Spanish-speaking community.

William did a great job in helping us to find a home in the Philadelphia area. He took us out several times but didn’t find anything in our price range, then he started sending my husband and I listing every day and that really help because one of the listings that he sent to us the house that we purchased was on his listing. I found William to be very friendly and he had a lot of patience working with us, from my point of view it takes a very patient person to work with my husband. He is a good communicator and always explain things and always make sure we find something in our price range, all in all he made it happened for us.
